We had a double room with a view to garden. The staff was polite & pleasant. The great and perfect location was an easy walk to a running wax museum.

The hotel was exceptionally friendly and nice. We were warmly welcomed by the very kind Mrs Romina, the owner. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with new amenities. The hotel is situated in a quiet location yet convenient to reach the historic center. The pool was wonderful and not too crowded, perfect for relaxation. The included breakfast served delicious homemade muffins and cakes.

Lovely beds, good-sized and fairly quiet rooms. Polite, pleasant stuff towards all guests. Private parking on-site provided. The early check-in. Location just next door to the shrine, shops and restaurants as well as the Sanctuary.

Nothing it is perfect.

Double room had a comfortable bed. Essentials that you need, such as central heating and TV with satellite channels, were there. The location was convenient - just 5 minutes' walk from a running wax museum.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. The location was marvellous and perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Grotte of Massabielle.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sanctuary, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, and some come with a small balcony with a view. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the continental breakfast is plentiful and tasty.

Some guests have mentioned that the decor in the rooms needs updating, and others have complained about noise from thin walls or corridor breezes.

Wonderful old and excellent hotel located next to the Sanctuary and all attractions of Lourdes, the church, stores and restaurants and stores. Comfortable location within a close distance from Parish Church of Lourdes. Also, on a hill. Comfortable bed in the family room, plus central heating and a satellite TV. It had particularly good and magnificent location just close to a long-running wax museum. Everyone was genuinely professional and very well mannered.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the need for updating the decor in the rooms and the occasional noise disturbance from other guests, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had.

Loved outstanding food in the restaurant. The room was spacious as requested. Unbeatable and comfortable location down the hill, exceeded high expectations.
